Exploration Hall

The non-releasable screech owl"I don't want to go now!", "Do you have any quarters to feed the fish", or "The snake is sticking its toungue out at me" are commonly heard from young visitors as they spend time in our large exploration hall. The large exhibit hall features live and mounted animals, interactive displays, nature-theme touch tables, a 1,700 gallon Minnesota fish aquarium, an inside bee hive, and a life-size T-Rex skull replica. The exploration hall is also adjacent to the bird observatory room, a great spot to watch and listen to birds as they visit the nearby feeders and water feature.
