Ski and Snowshoe Rental Policy
We have a wide selection of cross-country skis and snowshoes available to rent as snow conditions permit. Rentals are available Monday through Saturday: 9 to 5 pm, and Sundays: noon to 5 pm. Call to check on rental times for holidays. Rentals are on a first come first serve basis. Prices listed are for up to 4 hours of use at Quarry Hill Park. Ski or snowshoe equipment rental need to be secured with a drivers license. For rentals longer than 4 hours or off-site use, please call the Nature Center at 328-3950.
We have over 6 miles of classical and skate ski trails in the park. Our trails are maintained by the Rochester Active Sports Club. The Rochester Active Sports Club has worked hard over the past years to improve and extend our trail system. Our thanks goes out to them.
UPDATE 2/02/2012: We are not renting cross country skis or snowshoes at the time due to lack of snow. Phil the ground hog saw his shadow, though, so check back within the next six weeks!
